Section of the Pacific Highway West, State Highway No. 1 W (91), is no <br /> longer needed for state highway purposes and has been .eliminated by departmental resolu#ion <br /> as a portion of the Pacific Highway West. The segment eliminated from the highway is <br /> designated as Unit A, as more fully described below, and as shown on the map attached hereto <br /> marked Exhibit A and by this reference made a part hereof. Unit A is needed for~the service of <br /> persons living thereon or for a community served thereby. <br /> The City of Eugene and the Oregon Transportation Commission entered into an agreement on <br /> July 27, 2006, relating to the elimination, disposition, maintenance- and repair of Unit A.
