This includes <br /> identifying a time, place, and all participants. The purpose of this meeting is to present the draft Scope of <br /> Project to the local officials (state, county and municipal) and coordinate on prioritization of identified <br /> study areas. PWR shall be responsible for compiling the necessary information for the meeting as <br /> contained on the Scoping Meeting Item Checklist. These items may include: FIS and FIRM for affected <br /> communities; USGS quads for the study area; best available community base map(s); effective FIRM <br /> summary; Available Data Inventory; Scoping Map; Draft.
