2.0 DEFINITIONS <br /> None. <br /> 3.0 COOPERATOR-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> Cooperator is required to furnish any tools or equipment necessary to complete the tasks <br /> identified, other than the few offered by the BLM, including hand-held GPS mapping <br /> equipment. <br /> 4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> BLM will provide keys for sites that are locked by BLM locks. <br /> <br /> 5.0 SPECIFIC TASKS <br /> The specific task under this task order is: <br /> A. To collect seed of native plants from wetland, upland prairie, and oak savanna <br /> habitats in the west Eugene area for use in grow-out operations. There will be no <br /> more than 35 target species collected under this contract. Seeds are to be hand- <br /> collected at natural dispersal time. <br /> B. Native seeds will then be put into agrow-out program to increase available native <br /> seed for restoration projects. <br /> C. City will maintain a data base (including maps) that will track native plant species <br /> seeds collected, including but not limited to seed source (location), quantity collected; <br /> quantity put into growout, quantity in storage, and projected production/future <br /> availability. Database will be accessible, compatible and useable by BLM West <br /> Eugene Wetland restoration staff. <br /> D. City will purchase other native seed, as necessary, to use on prairie enhancement, . <br /> rehabilitation, or restoration sites. <br /> E. City will purchase native, propagated plants, as necessary, to use on prairie <br /> enhancement, rehabilitation, or restoration sites. <br /> F. City will sow native seed and plant propagated plants on prairie enhancement, <br /> rehabilitation, or restoration. sites. <br /> <br />
