The priority sites for items F and G, above, are: Balboa, <br /> Chernecky, Danebo, Fir Butte, Hansen, Maliner, Nielsen, North Greenhill, Oxbow East, <br /> Spectra Physics North, Spectra Physics- South, Speedway, Stewart Pond, Taylor North, Taylor <br /> South, Turtle Swale, Vinci, Willow Creek Confluence, and Willow Creek Natural Area. <br /> 6.0 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br /> 6.1 Start work date <br /> March 25, 2004. <br /> <br /> 6.2 Completion date <br /> The completion date is on or before March 25, 2005, or at such time that the Not-To-Exceed value <br /> of the agreement has been reached. <br /> <br /> 7.0 PAYMENT <br /> Payment will be in accordance with Section XII of the Assistance Agreement. The agreed-upon <br /> amount between City of Eugene and BLM will be $122,000 for the work period. <br /> <br />
