4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> BLM will provide keys for sites that are locked by BLM locks. <br /> 5.0 SPECIFIC TASKS <br /> The specific tasks under this task order are the purchase of native botanical plugs and <br /> native seed, and the planting of the plugs and seed during the fall of 2004 within West <br /> Eugene Wetlands area on restoration sites. <br /> 6.0 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br /> Start Work Date <br /> The start work date is the date that this Task Order is signed. <br /> Completion Date <br /> The completion date is on or before December 30, 2004, or at such time that the Not-To- <br /> Exceed value of the agreement has been reached. <br /> <br /> 7.0 PAYMENT <br /> Payment will be in accordance with Section XII - "Payments," of the Assistance <br /> Agreement. The agreed-upon estimated amount between the CITY and BLM will be <br /> $5,000 for the work period. The funds will be sent to the CITY at the time each invoice <br /> is received from the CITY. <br /> <br />
