AGREEMENT NUMBER: HAA031M00 <br /> STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> TASK ORDER HEF041M05 <br /> 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> The ose of thi T k rder i <br /> pure s as O s to provide funding to the CITY to purchase native <br /> botanical plugs and native seed and have them sown in Fa112004 within the West Eugene <br /> Wetlands area. <br /> 1.1 Access/Location <br /> <br /> ' All work areas will be at Government-approved sites. Access to sites is via all-weather <br /> . roads. All sites are located in the West Eugene Wetlands of the Eugene District BLM or <br /> on other approved lands within the greater West Eugene Wetlands area. Other sites may <br /> be identified at a later date. Sites are located on varied terrain from steep to gentle slopes <br /> with various distances, so tools will need to be packed in from the roads. <br /> 1.2 Work Hours <br /> If specific work hours or start/stop times are required for a project, they will be specified <br /> via the work request and/or during the pre-work meeting. <br /> 1.3 Site Security <br /> The City and its Contractor may leave their equipment at the work site. However, the <br /> Government will not be responsible for the City's equipment or the City's Contractor's <br /> equipment if it should become lost, stolen, or damaged. <br /> 1.4 Fire Precautions <br /> 1.4.1 All state fire laws will be followed. <br /> 1.4.2 Specific requirements for fire equipment may vary by local fire district. The CITY is <br /> required to check with local fire districts and furnish any equipment required by those <br /> districts. <br /> 2.0 DEFINITIONS <br /> None. <br /> 3.0 COOPERATOR-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> All materials, supplies, and equipment needed to complete this work will be provided by <br /> the Cooperator. <br /> <br />
