4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS <br /> BLM will provide keys for sites that are locked by BLM locks. <br /> 5.0 BOTANCIAL RESOURCES <br /> <br /> ~I~ City will follow the "Wetland Plant Su 1 Strate idelines for all lant materials. <br /> pp Y g~ ~ p <br /> The City will inform BLM of any seed collection requests they may receive from non-partner <br /> agencies, the public, non -profit organizations, and private parties that would involve seed <br /> collection on BLM lands. <br /> 6.0 SPECIFIC TASKS <br /> The specific tasks under this. task order are: <br /> A. To collect seed of native plants from wetland, upland prairie, and oak savanna habitats in the <br /> west Eugene area for use in grow-out operations. There will be no more than 35 target species <br /> collected under this task order. Seeds are to behand-collected at natural dispersal time. <br /> B. To collect seed of native plants from wetland, upland prairie, and oak savanna habitats in the <br /> west Eugene area for restoration, rehabilitation and enhancement projects. Native seeds will <br /> then be stored in seed cooler. <br /> C. City will refine and maintain a Microsoft Access data base that will track all native plant <br /> species seeds collected, including but not limited to: seed source (location), quantity collected, <br /> quantity put into growout, quantity in storage, and projected production/future availability. <br /> Database will be accessible, compatible and useable by BLM WEW restoration staff. <br /> D. City may purchase other native seed, as necessary, to use on prairie enhancement, <br /> rehabilitation, or restoration sites. <br /> E. City will purchase native, propagated plants, as necessary, to use on prairie enhancement, <br /> rehabilitation, or restoration sites. <br /> F. City will sow native seed and plant propagated plants on prairie enhancement, rehabilitation, <br /> or restoration sites. <br /> 6.0 PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br /> 6.1 Start work date <br /> The start work date is the date that this task order is signed. <br /> 6.2 Completion date <br /> The completion date is on or before November 30, 2006, or at such time that the Not-To-Exceed <br /> value of the agreement has been reached. <br /> Page 3 <br /> <br />
