Existing guardrail sections at the bridge ends and along the north <br /> .side of the northbound freeway off-ramp and north side of 22`~ Avenue will be reconstructed. The <br /> proposed project at the Judkins Point South Interchange on Interstate 5 (Pacific Highway M.P. 191.96) is <br /> to realign the.Glenwood Drive frontage Road between the southbound ramp terminals and the recently <br /> realigned intersection of Moon~Mountain Raad with Glenwood Boulevard. The southbound off-ramp will <br /> <br /> ~ be widened from one to two lanes and realigned Glenwood Drive wilt provide two westbound lanes (with <br /> right only and through/left operation) and one eastbound lane. Guardrail will be required along the entire <br /> <br /> j south side of the realigned frontage road. If funding allows, road fund eligible work outside ODOT right of <br /> way and within the limits of the proposed developers improvements may also be done under Phis project. <br /> This may include construction of Brackenfern Drive approximately 600 feet south of the intersection of the <br /> realigned Glenwood Drive frontage road and Moon Mountain. <br /> Under AGREEMENTS, COUNTY AGREES TO, No. 1, page 2, which now reads: <br /> 1.
