INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> PW#: 03102003 <br /> City of Eugene Contract.#: 2004-00219 <br /> AGREEMENT: Judkins Point Interchange DATE⢠July 7, 2005 <br /> (Glenwood) Improvements -Project 0870-5 <br /> AGENCY: City of Eugene CONTRACT DATE: 11/17/03 <br /> ADDRESS: 858 Pearl Street, Suite 300 PREVIOUS AMEND DATE: None <br /> Eugene, OR 97401 <br /> <br /> j WHEREAS, per Board Order 02-8-13-3, Lane County granted up to $200,000 under its Community <br /> Development program to the City of Eugene to assist with the Judkins Point North Interchange Glenwood <br /> Boulevard improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, per Board Order 04-6-23-9, the Board of Coun Commissioner <br /> tY s amended the <br /> Public Works <br /> Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 04/05 - FY08/09 granting~an additional $220,000. <br /> . under.Payments to Other Government Agencies for the Judkins Point South interchange improvements. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the agreement is amended as outlined below. <br /> ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. <br /> RECITALS, No. 5; page 1, which now reads: <br /> 5. Per Board Order No. 02-8-13-3, COUNTY has granted up to $200,00 under COUNTY's C.D program <br /> - to~assist with the Judkins Point Interchange Glenwood Boulevard 'improvements as described below, <br /> . hereinafter referred to as PROJECT; and . <br /> Shall be amended to read: <br /> 5..Per Board Order No.~02-8-13-3, COUNTY tags granted up to $200,000 under COUNTY's CD program <br /> to assist with the Judkins Point North Interchange Glenwood Boulevard improvements as described <br /> below. Per Board Order No. 04-6-23-9, COUNTY has granted up to $220,000 under Payments to Other <br /> Government Agencies in the FY 05-09 Capital Improvement Program forthe Judkins Point South <br /> Interchange improvements as described below. Both portions of the .project. are hereinafter referred to as <br /> PROJECT; and <br /> RECITALS, No. 6; page 1, which now reads: <br /> 6. Glenwood Boulevard is an approximately 22-foot wide asphalt roadway with approximately 6-foot wide <br /> gravel shoulders and open ditches on both sides of the existing roadway. The proposed project will <br /> widen the roadway tQ a 36-foot wide paved surface with 4-foot gravel shoulders and. open ditches on both <br /> sides. Existing guardrail sections at the bridge ends and along the north side of the northbound freeway . <br /> off-ramp and north side of 22nd Avenue will be reconstructed. <br /> Shalt be amended to read: <br /> 6. Glenwood Boulevard is an approximately 22-foot wide asphalt roadway with approximately 6-foofwide <br /> gravel shoulders and open ditches on both sides of .the existing roadway. The proposed Judkins Point <br /> North project will widen the roadway to a varying width up to a 48-foot wide paved surface with 4-foot <br /> gravel shoulders and open ditches on both sides.
