Implement riparian planting- "Phases 2 and 3 " <br /> Planting of phase 2 went forward in the spring of 2002. Phase 3, although proposed for <br /> .the spring of 2003 did not take place. The applicant seeks to go forward with Phase 3 <br /> and an additional Phase 4 with specified grant funding. The same funding amounts are <br /> requested for the same services to be applied to phases 3 and 4. " <br /> C. -Begin implementation of upland prairie restoration.plan. <br /> No _ change.
