To provide City funding equal to a base amount of $7,800 in FY 03-04 and' $19,600 in . <br /> <br /> j FY 04-05 and subsequent years covered by the agreement, plus an amount equal to a <br /> percentage of the balance of OTIA III maintenance funds paid to Lane County for that <br /> fiscal year. The percentage is to be the average of the percentage of road miles and <br /> population within the city. The percentage of City road miles is calculated by taking the <br /> number of City road miles within City and dividing by the total number of city road miles <br /> within the County. The number of city road miles shall be determined by the most recent <br /> edition of the OREGON MILEAGE REPORT published by the Oregon Department of . <br /> Transportation. The percentage of city population is calculated by taking the City <br /> population and dividing by the total population within cities in Lane County. Estimated <br /> payment amounts are shown in Tables 1 and 2 and will not be finalized until the . <br /> . OREGON.MILEAGE REPORT for the year in question is published. Population will be <br /> based on the most recent information available from the Oregon Department of <br /> ~ Transportation. <br /> 2: To send payment by check to City semi-annually.
