' S.0 SPECIFIC TASKS ~ - - The'purpose of this task order is to. provide funding for the CITY to implement habitat restoration~activities on the TNC's portion of the Willow corner site, as detailed in the Willow Corner Mitigation Improvement Plan. The specific tasks include: - A. Engineering. and Design. This will be conducted by .City staff..This task will include costs such aspre-construction surveys, as well as production of - - construction documents and bid specifications. - ~ B. The clearing of existing vegetation that is growing on .the -fill material. This - work will be performed by a contractor hired by the City using a competitive ~ bid process.
