Conditions Necessitating a Refund of Grant Funds to APA <br /> ff any of the following circumstances occur, APA may, at its discretion, in addition to other <br /> remedies available to it; require that the City of Eugene immediately repay the full amount of the Grant <br /> funds which were unspent as of the`date of the occurrence. <br /> j <br /> 1. The purpose of the Grant has been fully completed or the period of time indicated in the Grant <br /> proposal (attached) for the completion of the purpose of the Grant has expired (without being <br /> extended with the consent of APA). <br /> 2.
