The total <br /> Project cost is estimated at $6,679,000. The estimate for the total Project cost is <br /> subject to change. <br /> The Federal High Priority Projects Funds are limited to $2, 000, 000, subject to <br /> annual obligation authority imposed by TEA-21 and the appropriations bill (see <br /> Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof). The Federal <br /> -High Priority Projects pro-rata share funding on this Project is 80 percent. Eligible <br /> costs will be reimbursed at 80 percent until the Federal Funds limit is reached. <br /> The Federal Enhancement Program Funds are limited to $1,173, 000. The Federal <br /> Enhancement Program pro-rata share will be the maximum allowable Federal Fund <br /> pro-rata. Eligible costs will be reimbursed at the maximum allowable pro-rata until <br /> the Federal Funds-limit is reached. <br /> Agency shall be responsible for the match for the Federal Funds and any portion of <br /> the Project which is not covered by Federal Funding. No State Gas Tax Funds <br /> shall be used on this Project. <br /> Agency shall be responsible for determining the amount of Federal Funds to be <br /> applied to each phase of the Project. Agency is not guaranteed the use of unspent <br /> funds for a particular phase of work.
