Said agreement covers the Multimodal Transportation Center project <br /> in Eugene. <br /> It is now determined b State and A enc that the A reement and Amendment 1 <br /> Y 9 Y 9 <br /> referenced above, although remaining in full force and effect, shall be amended by this <br /> <br /> Amendment 2 to increase the amount of Federal Enhancement Program funds to the <br /> Project and change the total estimated cost of the Project. <br /> Item No. 2 of the Terms of Agreement, which was amended by Amendment 't to <br /> read <br /> The project shall be conducted as a part of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21 Sr <br /> Century (TEA-27) High Priority Projects (Subtitle F, Section 117) and Enhancement <br /> Program, Title 23; United State Code, and the Oregon Action Plan. The total <br /> Project cost is estimated at $4, 360, 000. The estimate for the total Project cost is <br /> subject to change. <br /> The Federal High Priority Projects Funds are limited to $2, 000, 000, subject to <br /> annual obligation authority imposed by TEA-21 and the appropriations bill (see <br /> Exhibit 8, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof). The Federal <br /> High Priority Projects pro-rata share funding on this Project is 80 percent. Eligible <br /> costs will be reimbursed at 80 percent until the Federal Funds limit is reached. <br /> The Federal Enhancement Program Funds are limited to $1,000,000. The Federal <br /> Enhancement Program pro-rata share will be the maximum allowable Federal Fund <br /> pro-rata. Eligible costs will be reimbursed at the maximum allowable pro-rata until <br /> the Federal Funds limit is reached. <br /> Agency shall be responsible for the match for the Federal Funds and any portion of <br /> the Project which is not covered by Federal Funding. No State Gas Tax Funds <br /> shall be used on this Project. <br /> <br />
