I have prepazed this proposal following the tasks identified in the Biological Services <br /> Template as presented in the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) material that you provided <br /> me Because the proposed project is planned for construction in 2010, the goal is to have all documents <br /> described-below delivered to the City of Eugene (City) by May 1,2009. Individual task schedules are <br /> noted under each task. I have made some alterations to the tasks based on my interpretation of the <br /> discussions with resource representatives from ODOT during our phone conversation on Monday <br /> November 24, 2008. <br /> 1.0 TASKS AND DELIVERABLES <br /> Task 1-Project Management <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC will provide management of project services including coordination, <br /> attendance of meetings as required, contract management, quality control, and management of labor and <br /> sub-contractor services as needed. <br /> Deliverables: Monthly invoices with a project status, attendance of meetings as needed. <br /> Task 2- Scoping- Prepare Biological Baseline Research and reports <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC shall prepaze a Biological Baseline Report to identify and characterize <br /> biological issues in the project azea, including listed species and associated habitat and Essential Fish <br /> Habitat protected by the Magnasun-Stevens Act. The baseline report is a general sapping report, and will <br /> include a project description and impact description, including direct grid indirect impact azeas, a <br /> .description of habitat types, land uses, special habitat features, and existing conditions, a table of special <br /> status species with known ranges including the project area; a discussion of biological issues associated <br /> with the project area habitats, a map showing locations of known records of listed species and habitats, <br /> and photos of the area of potential impact (API). Information shall be received from ODFW, USFWS; <br /> NMFS, BHM, and/or USFS for site-specific information regazding listed species.
