The purpose of this task is to describe the methods used to <br /> search for potential sites, the site selection criteria used, a description of the potential sites (including land <br /> use, ownership, topography, hydrologic source; determination of potential for success in replacing lost <br /> functions; recommendation.for the preferred site, including rationale foi the recommendation; additional <br /> information needed to determine the full potential of the site and likelihood of success; ability of site to <br /> meet ratio requirements under the Removal-Fill Law; and additional information needed (ie. <br /> archeological clearance, wetland delineation,, soil sampling), and a map of the potential sites.. Other work <br /> provided with this task includes the type of mitigation proposed, why it is appropriate, the likelihood of <br /> success, methods of implementation, grading and planting plans, goals; objectives, and performance <br /> standards, and design assumptions. This inforrnation will be shared and discussed with the City; and <br /> incorporated into the Compensatory Wetland Mitigation Plan (CWMP) (Task 7) once the City has agreed. <br /> upon the preferred site, which shall be included as part of the JPA (Task 4 of Statewide Permits <br /> Template). <br /> Deliverables: None to the City, as the information from Task 6 will be included in the Compensatory <br /> Wetland Mitigation Plan (Task 7). <br /> Estimated due date: March 15, 2009 <br /> Task 7-Prepare Compensatory Wetland Mitigation Plan (CWMP) <br /> This task is a contingency task based on the need for the specific service. Envimmnental Solutions LLC <br /> shall use infom~ation from Task 6 to deternne adequate and feasible compensatory mitigation for the <br /> project impacts, shallprovide baseline parameters, and complete the CWMP, which will include a <br /> contingency and maintenance plan, and a monitoring plan in accordance with OAR 141-085-0115--0151. <br /> The CWMP shall also include a planting plan and a grading plan as needed, as well as necessary figures. <br /> Deliverables: Compensatory Wetland Mitigation Plan, Contingency and Maintenance Plan, and <br /> Monitoring Plan to meet OAR 141-085-01 15--0151. <br /> If required, the City_will complete the construction plans, which must be stamped. The construction plan <br /> sheets must be provided in hard copy and electronic format as an electronicMicrostation (.dgn file). <br /> Estimated due date: March 31, 2009 <br /> Task 8- Prepare CWMP Construction Documents <br /> This task is a contingency task based on the need for the specific service. Environmental Solutions LLC <br /> shall provide the Grading and Planting Plans as editable pdf files to the City. The City's engineering <br /> department shall develop construction-ready plan sheets in accordance with current state and federal <br /> regulations and ODOT policy. Environmental Solutions LLC shall review the documents to make sure <br /> they meef the intent of the CWMP. <br /> Deliverables: Constniction documents as editable pdf or dwg files to the City. <br /> Estimated due date: March 31, 2009 <br /> Task 9-Project Closeout <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC shall establish a file system for hard copy files and electronic files of all <br /> feral documents prepared, and shall provide copies of all to the City. <br /> Deliverables: All fmal document files, including reseazch files. <br /> Estimated due date: May 1, 2009 <br /> 2.0 COST AND METHOD OF COMPENSATION <br /> The estimated fees for completion of Tasks 1-9 described above shall not exceed $20980.00, which <br /> includes payment of allowable expenses and includes the costs. of the contingency tasks, Tasks 6-8. <br /> Payment for services will be made upon receipt of Environmental Solutions LLC billing statement for <br /> work completed to date. The statement will include a summary of progress made through the billing date <br /> and shall be submitted once per month.
