Eugene, OR 97401 <br /> PROPOSAL FOR PROVIDING WETLAND and WATERWAYS REPORTING AND <br /> PERMITTING SERVICES <br /> for the RIVERBANK BII~ PATH EXTENSION PROJECT, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon <br /> Dear Matt: <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal for completing a wetland:delineation and other <br /> tasks associated with wetland and waterway reporting as well as a few other tasks more associated with <br /> preparing the Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) and US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) <br /> removal-fill permit application that aredescribed in the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) <br /> Wetland and Waterways Reporting and Permitting Template that you provided me. Because the proposed <br /> project is planned for construction in 2010, the goal is to have all documents described'below delivered to <br /> the City of Eugene (City) by May 1, 2009: Individual task schedules are noted under each task. I have <br /> made some alterations to the tasks based on my interpretation of the discussions with resource <br /> representatives from ODOT during our phone conversation on Monday November 24, 2008. <br /> 1.0 TASKS AND DELIVERABLES <br /> Task 1-Project Management <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC will provide management of project services including coordination, <br /> attendance of meetings as required, contract management, and management of labor and sub-contractor <br /> services as needed. <br /> Deliverables: Monthly invoices with a project status and budget balance, copies of all field data including <br /> notes, copies of all-correspondence. <br /> Task 2- Project Scoping <br /> Environmental Solutions LLC shall obtain and review existing information and resources, including <br /> project plans, recent and historic aerial photos, National Wetland Inventory (NWI)-and Local Wetland <br /> Inventory (LWI) maps, the Lane County Soil. Survey, and topographic mapping as well as other reports <br /> completed for previous portions of the project if available, in order to detemtine potential locations of <br /> wetlands and ordinary high water elevations. Environmental Solutions LLC witl coordinate with the <br /> Project team to obtain background data including project description, purpose and need, existing survey <br /> information, and anticipated construction schedule. Project Scoping will also include a short <br /> reconnaissance field visit.
