The <br />Agreement may also ba terminated upon City's ar State's vuritten request pursuant to <br />the termination section of this Agreement. <br />P~~,.~,~~ A~initratian <br />~1. Projects must be consistent uvith the Regional Transportation Plan and appear in the <br />llllatropalitan Planning ~rgani~ation's ~11~P0} Transportation Improvement Program <br />and the State Transportation ln~provement Program ~TIPy if the pra~ects receive <br />federal funding through Title ~ Code of Federal Regulations ~CFR}. <br />Project undi~ R~qut <br />City shall submit a separate agreement to State far each pra~ect, hereinafter referral <br />to a "Supplemental Pro~act Agreement." The Supplemental Project Agreen~ant gill <br />be signed by bath City and State before any federalWaid project pork begins. At least <br />one of City's approval authorities, as identified on Papa ~~ ,Paragraph ~, are required <br />to sign the Supplemental Project Agrean~er~t, The Supplemental Project Agreement <br />will, at a minimum, cover specific Prajeat details including project name, City's project <br />rr~anager's title or designee, description of work, areas of potential er~vironmantal <br />impact} schedule, and funding sources. The Supplemental Project Agreement shall <br />include services to be provided by State, CityF or others. Tha upplan~ental Project <br />Agraament must include a clause that v~i11 allow City and State to enter onto each <br />other's property, if such access gill ba needed far the performance a particular <br />project. State consilers City sub~recipient of the federal funds received under the <br />Supplemental Project Agreement. <br />~. State shall submit a separate Britten project funding request to FHUI~A requesting <br />approval of federal-aid participation for each project phase including ~. Canstructior~ Advertising, Bid and <br />Av~rard, and . Constructions No work shill proceed on any activity in uvhich federal~aid <br />participation i desired until such approval far each carrasponding phase has been <br />obtained. State shall notify City in Writing when authorisation to proceed has been <br />received from FHVVA. All vuork and retards ~f such ~rork shall be in onforn~ance Frith <br />FHU~A rules and regulations. <br />. City shall, on any pro~actthat usesfederalfund in project development, submit"9°la" <br />P~, construction schedule, environmental requirements and right of v~ay <br />certification to State's Regional Local Agency Liaison at least five ~} weeks prior to <br />bid apaning.
