Failure by pity to carry cut <br />these requirements on any project i a material breach of contract, which gay result <br />in the termination of the contract or such other remedy a State deems appropriate. <br />Federal regulations Title 4g FR Part ~, as approved by UDT, are also <br />incorporated by reference and shall be made a part of any contract specifications and <br />this Agreement. <br />~~ <br />
