Also, Jefferson <br />between 18th and 13th is particularly bad <br />Story blvd, <br />Streets around schools, accident sites and speeding zones, McKinley speed bumps <br />The major arterial roads should get top priority so where ever major traffic flows are <br />The one I am aware of is Bailey Hill. <br />The one in front of Churchill High also Bertelsen from 18th and north of there <br />The ones that have more traffic, <br />The streets around the hospital. <br />The University streets should be repaired first, <br />There are a lot. Bailey Hill needs more, Timberline, I'll stop at that <br />Through streets that give access to a lot of traffic, 18th, 7th, 6th, Willamette and Pearl, Agate, <br />and so forth. <br />timing of the traffic lights around Downtown. Either East West, or North South is off so you <br />have to stop at every light <br />University St, Patterson <br />Up by crest blvd, that whole neighborhood needs to be fixed <br />Up near Morris ranch park, it is a big street... It is Crest Drive. It's horrible,. <br />W 18th <br />W 18th intersections. Intersections on 7th also. <br />W 18th, agate <br />W 18th,wllth <br />W 18th. W l lth. I'm sure the main ones of the East are equally bad. They should fix the streets in <br />simple manners not fancy. <br />Wl lth, i5 <br />W 18th, Bertelsen, 99(6th & 7th the overpass is bad) <br />W 18th, Washington, Jefferson <br />Warren Street is full of holes, and Crest Drive and Story Boulevard. They're probably the worst <br />streets in Eugene as well as residential parts of Lorane Highway. <br />Well, West 18th <br />west 11 th, Jefferson via 18th, 24th and friendly... They tried to repair it but it is worse than <br />before, I definitely don't want any more streets, we don't' need more traffic in <br />Eugene, except by the new hospital, and <br />West 18th <br />West 18th Avenue <br />West 18th is in pretty bad shape. The main east-west thoroughfares seem to be congested and <br />they get a lot of traffic and they have poor surfaces.
