~
Highway 99 or 6th & 7th going towards Four Corners. I see people struggling over the overpass.
It's lower income people going to social service agencies in that area and they
don't attention.
Hilyard St
Hilyard street between 30th and 24th, 18th between Chambers and Willamette, but throughout
town there are streets with potholes that could potentially damage cars
Hilyard street, 11 th Avenue.
Hilyard,
Hilyard, Patterson, 18th, and any that have pot holes
Hilyard, West l lth,
Hilyard, Willamette, crest, story Dr,
Hilyard.
I think perhaps 33rd Avenue, the so-called traffic slowdowns are dangerous. (p) southwest
Eugene
Jefferson between 13th and 18th
Jefferson, w l lth , Willamette -south
Jefferson,8th Ave, a lot
Loraine and crest
Loraine Hwy
Main streets like Willamette and streets like that should be repaired first
Main streets such as 18th and keep it up to date.
Main thoroughfares; high traffic areas
Major arterials
Major thoroughfares that lead downtown and that lead to schools - not neighborhoods
mine! I bike so I care about the major bike routes heading to downtown and the university
Most traveled in the city, by the city, and crest drive
Olive and Jefferson. Those are the only two that jar me when I drive over. The streets in my
immediate neighborhood are fine.
On 18th and Grant it is very hazardous for pedestrians to cross the street, when I ride the bus to
home it is very hard to cross the street, especially when it is dark. There are
usually several people too. Also at 18th and Kincaid there are families and kids
coming
Patterson
Patterson, oak
Polk Street between 7th and l lth. (p)
Probably the most traveled streets should have the first priority.
Repairs on 18th haven't improved it - they lasted 18 months I don't know what repairs would
resist the huge trucks maybe a surface with ground up tires, Willamette, river rd,
Roosevelt, Bertelsen, wl lth maple sty cutoff and Elmira rd are bad
Right now the arteries, but I think Polk street,.... 29th and Willamette needs help right now with
those potholes, and 18th
Riverview
Riverview sty.
Royal for one, that's what I live on, it is getting real bad, there are a whole bunch of them that are
bad, they all really need repair.
City of Eugene, City Streets Survey Page 4
Northwest Survey & Data Services North-South Road Repairs
