Section 5.8/Intergovemment Agreement 2008- <br />010133 for the Joint Use and Development of Youth Sports Park and Athletic Fields. <br />4J YOUTH SPORT PARK AGREEMENT <br />Churchill High School: <br />Irrigation responsibilities: <br />1. City programs watering days and watering duration through Maxicom system to <br />the new "park area° and the "Winston Green" area. <br />2. City makes repairs to the irrigation system within the new °park area". <br />3. 4J makes repairs to the irrigation system within the "Winston Green" area and the <br />remainder of the school grounds. <br />Turf and sports ~eld responsibilities <br />1. City tills the infields with a roterra within the "Winston Green° area once in the <br />spring and later in the softball season if needed. <br />2. City fertilizes the turf within the "park area" on an as needed basis. <br />3. City fertilizes the turf area within the "Winston Green" once in summer. <br />4. 4J fertilizes the turf area within the °Winston Green" area in the spring <br />and fall. <br />5. City aerates the turf area within the "Winston Green" area once in the fall. <br />6. 4J aerates the turf area within the "Winston Green" area once in the spring. <br />7. City overseeds the turf within the "Winston Green" soccer fields if the need arises <br />once in the fall. If.excessive damage to the turf is caused by high school soccer <br />use, 4J will repair the damage and overseed the soccer fields. <br />8. 4J top-dresses the turf area within the "Winston Green" area to maintain sand <br />channel drainage. . <br />9. 4J mows all turf areas. <br />10. 4J maintains the artificial turf field and sucrounding area. <br />Park Premises responsibilities: <br />1. City cleans the ~estroom Sunday through Saturday. <br />2. 4J locks up Restrooms Monday through Thursday. <br />3. City picks up litter and empties trash cans within the "park premises area" <br />4. City is responsible for the walkways within the "park premises area". <br />5. City is responsible for vandalism and g~affiti within the °park premises area". <br />6.
