YOUTH SPORTS PARK <br />TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES <br />APRIL 2008 • <br />Areas outside the City/4J maintenance agreement continue to be maintained as in the past with <br />other site or central services staff. <br />4J School District Responsibilities <br />Custodial Duties Monday through Friday inside synthetic Y.S.P. fields. <br />1. Dump trash cans inside Y.S.P. area, leave extra liners in can base. <br />2. Pick up litter on asphalt and along fence line. <br />3. Pick up litter on synthetic field surFaces. <br />4. Remove minor graffiti or repair minor vandalism. <br />5. Blowing off specific areas as needed to remove trash and debris blown in by the <br />wind or blow off bleachers as needed (at least weekly). <br />6. Drag fields weekly with Cocomat. <br />7. Remove weeds in infield and along edges of asphalt or concrete. <br />8. Sprinturf fields sweep as needed (at lease monthly). <br />9. Vacuum on or around fields as needed (at least weekly). <br />10. Pressure wash bleachers and asphalt yearly (summer). <br />11. Fill out daily inspection reports and submit to Custodial Supervisor. <br />12. Make minor repairs or speak to Custodial Supervisor about work orders to <br />Facilities as needed. <br />13. Document field grooming schedule, send in to Custodial Supervisor monthly. <br />Grounds duties inside synthetic Y.S.P. field. <br />1. Blow or groom fields 2 times a month during faotball season. Blow or groom <br />fields 1 time a month outside of football season. Use cocomat drag <br />2 times a month during football season and 1 time a month outside of football <br />season. <br />2. Sweep asphalt around synthetic fields 2 times a month during football season <br />and one time a month outside of football season. <br />City of Eugene Responsibilities <br />"Park Premises" areas outside of the synthetic Y.S.P. fields (C.H.S., Sheldon, Cal Young), daily <br />Custodial Duties <br />1. Dump trash cans. , <br />2. Pick up litter. <br />3. Clean and sanitize restrooms. <br />4. Remove minor graffiti or repair minor vandalism. Includes painting of tables and <br />doors, bathrooms, clean-up of fires, broken glass, broken light fixtures, fence <br />repairs, etc. <br />5. Power wash restrooms as needed and side walk areas as needed. <br />6. Make minor repairs. <br />7.
