Page 2 of 2 <br />parking for the canoe canal users and the dog off leash area users. We would want them to have access for these park <br />uses before and after games. I suspect we could do something similar with lot 9. <br />While we couldn't do it this year since the turf will not be established. I would think in future years we could possibly <br />lease out a small amount of on-grass parking in the area where we are going to be doing the native grass restoration. This <br />type of occasional use wouldn't hurt the native vegetation once it had dried out in the summer and had been mowed. My <br />guess is this would allow about 75-100 cars. This use would be along the same restrictions as the grass parking near the <br />ABP shelters. It could only be used July l st to October l st in order to avoid damage to the area.. <br />[ hope you might see some possibilities with some of these older ideas or with the newer ones. I'm very interested in <br />working with U of O Athletics to find solutions that can be mutually beneficial to U of O Athletics as well as Alton Baker <br />Park. <br />Thanks <br />Johnny <br />7/ 17/2008 <br />
