On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, the news <br />media, any person who has requested notice, to interested governmental agencies (including the <br />United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Environmental Quality, the <br />Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission, and the Eugene Water & Electric Board), <br />posted at two locations at City Hall, published on two separate occasions in the Register Guard, a <br />newspaper of general circulation within the City, and be made available for inspection by <br />interested persons at the offices of the Public Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, <br />Oregon 97401, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. <br />2. The Notice shall provide that written comments on the proposed fees may be <br />submitted to the City Manager at 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 10 days of the <br />first date of publication and posting as indicated on the Notice, or at the public hearing to be held <br />on October 21, 2008, in the McNutt Room of Eugene City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, <br />Oregon 97401 between 3 PM and 4 PM. Upon conclusion of the public hearing and the <br />comment period, the City Manager will: establish the fees and charges as proposed, or as <br />modified in response to the comments received; incorporate the unamended fees into the new <br />Wastewater User Fee Schedule; and repeal Administrative Order No. 58-08-OS-F. <br />Dated this ~ day of October, 2008. <br />Jon R.
