~~= <br />. ~ .a <br />~. ~ <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />" AMENDMENT <br />~97 - ~z~ <br />LCOG Contract # 97-08-227-02-1 <br />WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br />County, Oregon, and City of Eugene, entered into an intergovernmental agreement for <br />updating of the Public Facilities Plan on. February 3, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement expires June 30; 1998; and <br />WHEREAS, the project was delayed in fiscal year 1997-1998 and will continue thcough <br />June 30; 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, a new scope of workhas been cleveloped and the cost of the update has <br />been recalculated; and . ~ . . <br />WHEREAS, CITY previously paid LCOG $22,500; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the agreement is amended as follows: ~ <br />1. GITY and LCOG agree to exfension of'the agreement until June 30, 1999. <br />2. The scope of work is revised as shown in the newAttachment A. <br />3. CITY shall pay LCOG $2,500 upon~receipt of invoice,.for an agreement total not to <br />exceed $25,000. • <br />4.
