Cascade Pacific's responsibilities for fiscal management Cascade Pacific shall provide contact managemen~ general fiscal support for multiple funding sources, and monthly pavments for Mr. Runyon's services. In addition Cascade Pacific shall provide regional and state coordination ser~rices to Mr. Runyon, includinQ information on watershed council activities, reQional and state fundinQ sources, and training opportunities. Cascade Pacific will assess a charge for administrative overhead within the scope of this contract. The rate shall be 10% on the first $100,000 and 7% for each dollar above this amount, for a total of $14,200. Any additional funds secured beyond the scope of this contract shall be assessed an administrative chazQe of 7% up to a total budget of ~200,000, and at a rate of 5% for each dollar above ~200,000. ~ Tasks: • DevelopinQ contracts with all fundina agencies • Securing funds and tracking schedulin~ of pavments. • Provide fiscal management and reportin~ to funding aaencies , -- • Providing periodic accounting of all expenditures ~ Providing monthly payments for Mr. Runyon's coordination services ~ Providin~ payments to NIr.
