INTRODUCTION <br />This is an a~reement between Cascade Pacific Resource Conservation and Development <br />(Cascade Pacific) and John Runyon for ~1cKenzie Watershed Council coordination services <br />beainning October 1, 1997 and ending on September 30, 1998. Mr. Runyon will provide aeneral <br />support for McKenzie Watershed Council activities, including coordination and administration <br />of council and coordination team activities, fiscal manaaement, and implementation of action <br />plans. Cascade Pacific will provide contract management, general fiscal support for multiple <br />fundin~ sources, and monthly payments for Mr. Runyon's services. <br />II. SCOPE OF WORK <br />The contract period shall be between October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997. Mr. Runvon <br />- shall provide a range of coordination, administration, and fiscal management services in support <br />of V1cKenzie Watershed Council Activities over this period. ONGOING COUNCIL ADMINISTRATION <br />The ongoinQ administration cateaory provides for the day-to-day support of the watershed <br />council. It includes both re~ular activities of the council, such as regular council and <br />subcommittee meetin~s, as well as other ad hoc activities that may come up throu~hout the <br />course of the work prooram. ~ <br />Tasks: <br />~ Coordinate and attend monthly meetin~s, includes aQenda, materials, mail-out, minutes, <br />and public notice <br />e Assist the executive committee in settinQ the aaenda <br />
