.~05/11~99 12:50 !'~AX 541 tiS'L btSy4 ~UV~iv~ l.ilY riHLL <br />INTERGOVERNMENI'AI- AGREEMENT <br />~Q_ ~,~~~~v <br />Qg-oo33~ <br />This agreement entered into by and between CASCADE PACIFIC <br />RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., hereinafter referred <br />to as CASCADE PACIFIC, and the CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter referred to as <br />EUGENE. <br />Whereas, EUGENE desires to continue contributing funds to assist the ongoing <br />operations of the McKenzie Watershed Council; and <br />Whereas, CASCADE PACIFIC will contract with John Runyon to provide staff <br />services to the McKenzie Watershed Council through June 30, 1999; <br />Whereas, both parties to this Agreement believe that such a program directly <br />benefits the parties' citizens and customers; <br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual Agreement of the parties hereto, <br />the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />CASCADE PACIFIC, by contracting with John Runyon, shall perform tasks as <br />part of the integrated watershed program for the McKenzie River, as described in <br />Attachment A EUGENE will contribute $10,000 to fund these tasks for the period 7uly <br />1, 1998 through June 30, 1999. <br />This Agreement may be tenninated upon 30 days notice of ternunation by either <br />~CASCADE PACIFIC or EUGENE.
