• , v <br />V. CONTRACT REVIEW, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION <br />This contract is subject to review on March 30, 1998, at which time~it will be subject to renewal <br />or espiration. Modifications within the scope of this contract shall be made by mutual consent of <br />the parties, by issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by both parties, prior to any <br />changes. Either party, in writing, may terminate the contract in whole, or in part, at any time <br />before the date of expiration.
