There is a 4-hour minimum call. Stage <br />hands are paid for overtime in excess of eight (8) hours in a day and for all work performed after midnight and before 8: DO <br />a.m. Contract speci~es 15 minute breaks every two (2) hours; meal benefits after five (5) continuous hours and a 48-hour <br />advance notice. The house opens 30 minutes before <br />the curtain. Average hourly rate per person is $9.40. Each event is assigned one Head Usher @$13.00/hour. <br />Custodial Fees <br />Custodial fees will be charged at an average of $15.00%ustodian/hour. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed when the situation <br />warrants. <br />Security <br />A minimum of one guard at an average of $13.00/person/hour is required af the Security entrance from two hours before curtain to the <br />end of fhe event. <br />Concessions and Catering <br />All food and beverage requests must be cleared through fhe Concessions Department; for catering estimates, please contacf fhe <br />Concessions Depa-tment at 682-5724. All charges will be included in the show settlement To make specific arrangemenfs, please <br />contact caterers directly. <br />All backstage catering will be provided by the Hult Center and/or Hult Center backstage caterer, Cravings, 541.343-7933. <br />The Catering Rider must be presented, in wrifing, 10 working days prior to the event. For arfists traveling with their own <br />caterer, there will be a$300 fee charged for a Concessions buy-out. <br />The o~cial Hult Center caterers for public events are: <br />Cravings....541.343-7933; Fettuccine & Company....541.345-9366; Napoli....541.485-4552; Wild Duck....541.485-3825 <br />Ancillarv charpes and other information <br />Souvenir Sales: Arrangements to se/l souvenirs must be made in advance with fhe Concessions Department. Commissions charged <br />is 10% (15% if Hult Cenfer staff sells). <br />Telephone Lines: One felephone line is available in the Road Manager's office and at no charge. There is a charge of $25 for each <br />additional telephone line requested by the Licensee. Arrangements must be made in advance for network computer connections. <br />Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): In accordance with Titles ll and 111 of the ADA, Licensee shall be responsible for providing <br />reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities when fhose accommodafions are requested. Hulf Center staff will consulf <br />with Licensee if accommodations are requested. <br />Pyrotechnic Permit: For any live flame or pyrotechnic display, licensee must secure a permit from the City of Eugene Fire Marshall at <br />a cost of $150. A fee of $50 will be charged if the Hult Center's Tech Services Dept processes the permit. P/ease contact Tech <br />Services for more information regarding the permit application process.. <br />Lobby Banners: Hult Center staff will hang sponsor's banners for display in the lobby during a contracted event. One week's notice is <br />required; maximum dimensions are 3' x 12' or 4' x 10.' <br />
