Additional cleaning fees may be assessed <br />when fhe situation warrants. <br />Resident Companies: Commercial rental fees apply if an event is outside of the standard schedule. Please refer <br />to the commercial rental rate agreement. <br />Patron User Fee (PUF) A$2.00 per person fee will be charged for any event that is ticketed and/or when an <br />admission is charged. Licensee is permitted up to 10% of the house's potential capacity in Silva and in Soreng exempf <br />of PUF when used as complementary tickets. All performance rental rate percentages charged are net of Patron User <br />Fee. ~ <br />Ticket Office Services <br />Tickets are computer-generated by the Hult Center Ticket O~ce. If Licensee requires hours be extended beyond regular <br />Ticket O~ce window hours of 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tue-Sat, and one hour before curtain time, and telephone hours of <br />10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tue-Fri, and 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Sat., Licensee will be charged a$20/person/hour service fee. <br />Licensee will be billed for 3.2% of all ticket sales charged to MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. In the event that <br />Licensee sells tickets, the number of tickets released to the Licensee will be negotiated with the Hult Center Ticket Office <br />Manager. Tickets may go on sa/e once the signed /icense agreement and deposit are submitted to fhe administrative <br />o~ce. Pursuant to Part 8. 18., Licensee will forfeit the deposit if an event is canceled after tickets have gone on sa/e. <br />Ticketing fees: <br />Printing - Reserved or General Admission seating, Silva and Soreng........$.10/ticket <br />Mailing lists (email files or label sets) .....................................................$40/thousand <br />Edit lists (paper print-out) .......................................................................$10/thousand <br />Ticketing services for events ticketed at non-Hult Center facilities .............................................................5% of gross sales <br />........................................................$25 ticket set-up fee <br />............................................................$.10/printed ticket <br />............................................3.2% of all credit card sales <br />In the event of cancellation, 5%of the gross sales will be charged for ticket refurns <br />
