All other conditions shall retttain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this addendum and the <br />total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />CI~,AI\'GES TO BID SCHEDULE: <br />(DELETE) Original Bid Schedule dated 07/31/2008 <br />(ADD) Revised Bid Schedule dated 08/14/2008 <br />CHANGES TO SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />00330 )Earthwork <br />00330,00 Scope <br />Earthwork includes work to grade and contour existing ground to the final form (force account work) <br />and may also include the hauling and disposing of gobbed material, soil and debris determined by <br />the Engineer to be unsuitable for on-site work. Unsuitable material from the project shall be <br />delivered to an approved disposal site. The disposal site shall be identified by the contractor in <br />writing and approved prior to hauling material ofiE site. <br />00330.02 Definitions <br />Excavation Disposal /Tool Material -This bid item includes the excavation and removal of <br />unsuitable material to an approved site. <br />00330.42 Embankment, Fill and 8ackftlls <br />{ADD) Contractor shall provide riprap (other than boulders), 3"-0 and'/."-0 aggregates to stockpile areas <br />detenmined by the Engineer to be within equipment reach of the open channel construction area. <br />Stockpile areas shall not impede equipment movement during open channel construction.
