Yellow markings shall meet <br />33538 Federal yellow. White markings shall maintain a minimum daylight reflectance of 84. <br />• Adhesion - A cumulative 5% or greater loss of line due to non-adhesion on any 300 foot segment of <br />marking will constitute failure of the material in that segment. <br />The Warranty period will start on the date the Engineer issues Third Notification and <br />authorizes final payment. <br />The Warranty shall recite that the manufacturer shall repair or replace, at the discretion <br />of the Engineer and at no additional cost to the Agency, all pavement markings that drop <br />below the minimum required retroreflectivity, show insufficient color stability, or fail to <br />bond, within 6 months of the Agency's request to do so. <br />Perform Warranty repair work when weather permits. At the discretion of the Engineer, <br />temporary pavement markings may be required, at the manufacturer's expense, to <br />protect traffic until repairs can be made. <br />When the Agency Engineer a written request to the manufacturer for repair or <br />replacement, the Warranty period will stop until the required repairs or replacements are <br />made and accepted. <br />00910.80 General <br />(Delete) Entire Section. <br />(Add) Unit Basis- The quantities of wood sign posts will be the actual number installed and <br />accepted. <br />00940.40 General <br />Special Provisions -Job #4376 Page 17 <br />
