The <br />Warranty period will start at the issuance of the Third Notification. <br />For purposes of the Warranty, the Sanitary, Storm, Culvert and Siphon Pipe Work will be <br />deemed to have defects when: <br />• Pipe line and/or grade deviates from 00445.40 as a result of sags in the line; <br />• Joints are not secure and tight by visual examination and/or pipe is visibly leaking; <br />• Pipe has visible breaks, holes, cracks, protruding services, protruding gaskets, or <br />deformities such as creases, protrusions, deflection or flattening, or other defects. <br />Special Provisions -Job #4376 Page 10 <br />
