6. Price List -Advanced Traffic Products, Inc. response to RFQ 2008200103 for <br />Accessible Pedestrian Signal System is attached to and incorporated as part of this price <br />agreement. System consists of 4-wire push button station and control unit. <br />7. Warranty -All products supplied will have a two (2) year manufacturer warranty. <br />8. Delivery -Delivery of pedestrian signals will not normally exceed sixty (60) days after <br />order. <br />9. Standard Contract Conditions -The City of Eugene's Standard Contract Provisions are <br />attached to this price agreement as Exhibit A and are incorporated as part of this <br />agreement. <br />11. Other Agency Use -Pursuant to ORS 279A.215, other governmental agencies may <br />establish contracts or price agreements under the terms, conditions and prices of the <br />original contract.
