I would characterize the fee ($295,447 plus reimbursable expenses) as somewhat high but fair considering the amount <br />of coordination and work that needs to take place with the focus groups, public meetings, master planning, and CUP process. It's <br />actually right about what I expected it to be. <br />Provided you concur that the contract amount is reasonable, I have a question about processing for signature. Since Dennis has <br />to sign the contract, I was thinking we would just route it through Central Services and on to Dennis. But since it's a PW Good <br />Job Number, I was wondering if you want it to route through you and Kurt before it goes to Dennis. Someone in PW will have to <br />approve the posting of the contract to the financial system anyway, so it's really only a question of whether you want your initials <br />on the contract and whether you want contract amendments (if any) to go through PW. Let me know.
