Fees <br />The requested compensation for the above Scope of Work is a lump sum fee of $25,000, not <br />including reimbursable expenses which will be billed at cost with receipts. We anticipate the <br />associated reimbursable expenses will not exceed $300.00. When presented with a mountain of <br />complex material, she has a strategic gift for discerning which information is key to inform and <br />advance inclusive dialogue. Ellen is nationally recognized for her work as both sophisticated and <br />accessible to people of all backgrounds. She is known for raising both the quality of input on <br />strategic questions and who is able to have effective voice. The range of clients she has served <br />include national religious denominations, workers' organizations, state legislatures, new <br />immigrant groups, and now includes architects undertaking master planning. She holds a degree <br />from Harvard University in Anthropology. <br />Julie Fischer, Fischer Consulting, T'NT Consultants Outreach Specialist <br />Julie Fischer provides expertise to public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private <br />individuals on land use planning, strategic planning, and fundraising. With seventeen years of <br />experience in public process, facilitation, and grant-writing, she helps organizations to clarify <br />goals, develop a vision for the future, and stabilize their funding base. Designing and facilitating <br />meaningful public input into local land use decisions is another area of strength. She has worked <br />with a wide diversity of organizations, including the University of Oregon, the City of Eugene, and <br />Birth to Three. She holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University <br />of Oregon. <br />Judith Castro, Public Involvement Outreach Specialist, <br />Judith Castro contributes 10 years of quality non-profit, governmental, and private sector know- <br />how in program development, education, outreach, translation, facilitation, fundraising, research, <br />and coordination. She facilitates effective collaborations between agencies and diverse <br />community members in order to build sustainable and vibrant community programs: Judith is <br />highly regarded for her work in public involvement for T'NT Consultants, as well as her grassroots <br />educational roles in Birth to Three, Centro Latino, and the Eugene Public Library. She holds an <br />undergraduate degree in Political Science and Anthropology and a Master's degree in Women's <br />Studies with a focus on race, class, gender and poverty issues. <br />Christian Watchie, Trans-Watch, T'NT Consultants Senior Outreach Specialist <br />Christian L. Watchie, the director of Trans-Watch, a highly respected facilitation and public <br />outreach firm, based in Eugene, Oregon, has worked since 1994 developing an intimate working <br />knowledge of community transportation planning processes. Her primary focus has been the <br />development of public outreach models as they relate to strategic planning processes and multi- <br />transit agency and stakeholder coordination projects. She currently facilitates transit <br />coordination and strategic planning processes for a number of the Pacific Northwest's cities, <br />counties, and public and non profit transportation providers. Christian did her undergrad work in <br />Environmental Planning ~ Policy at Huxley College of Environmental Studies in between climbing <br />NW peaks as a_Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie/N.
