<br />City Recorder's Office ~ <br />Architect ^ <br />Contractor ^ <br />Project Manager ^ <br />Copy/File ^ <br />AMENDMENT N0.2 <br />West Eugene Wetlands Environmental Education Center <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2007-03862 <br />This Amendment is made to the AIA 8151 Contract dated April 11, 2007, between the City of <br />Eugene (City) and Rowell Brokaw Architects (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Consideration: The not-to-exceed amount which City shall pay to the Contractor for the <br />cost of reimbursable expenses shall be increased by $1,914.32 and is referenced on the <br />attached proposal prepared by Greg Brokaw, Rowell Brokaw Architects, dated July 23, <br />2008. The amount payable by the City to the Contractor shall be changed from <br />$315,817.00.00 to $317,731.32. <br />2.
