On <br /> Tuuesday, five volunteers will work on excavating and repairing the sand box. <br /> i <br /> The Eugene City Council established the Neighborhood Matching Grants program to encourage <br /> n ighbors to collaboratively identify and actively participate in ways to make their neighborhood better. <br /> City funds must be matched by at least the same amount of volunteer labor, donated materials and <br /> s pplies, or cash donations. <br /> The Willakenzie project proposal was submitted by the parents at Willakenzie Elementary <br /> S pool, located at 3057 Willakenzie Road. Neighborhood residents use the school playground as a <br /> n ighborhood park.
