On Saturday, February 3, Rotarians, <br /> family, and fri nds will gather at 9 a.m. to enhance Owen Municipal Rose Garden. <br /> Satur ay will mark a milestone in the group's community service project, which began <br /> in 1999. The volunteers wi(I transport, assemble and erect seven pergola arch systems in the <br /> rose garden n Saturday. These pergolas are designed to support and enhance the growth <br /> and bloomin of climbing and rambling rose plants. <br /> The s ven pergola trellises are interspersed over a recently constructed 190-foot-long <br /> paved pathw y. The new pathway will serve as the main entrance to the Owen Rose Garden <br /> from the par ing area. <br /> Mayo Jim Torrey, a member of the Eugene Delta Rotary Cfub, will be at the Garden at <br /> 11:30 a.m. t help in the efforts.
