The <br /> bicycles are f rnished by Trek Bicycle Corporation and Collins Cycle Shop. Instruction is <br /> offered by pa ent volunteers, community cyclist volunteers, and an instructor paid by the <br /> coalition and they partners. <br /> Com unity support for this program has been incredibly positive, says Diane Bishop, <br /> bicycle and a ernative modes coordinator for the City of Eugene.
