The plan is not fully funded. <br /> T e purpose of this plan is to determine what are best practices in response to <br /> ' est Nile virus outbreaks. <br /> • S nce January 2003, Commissioners and Public Health have extended an ongoing <br /> i vitation to any citizens who would like to meet in a group to discuss special <br /> d stricts for mosquito management and funding. To date, there have been no <br /> c tizen groups indicating interest in meeting to discuss the topic. Some states have <br /> p ssed legislation enabling the formation of local mosquito control districts.
