AMENDMENT NO. Eight to <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2005 - 00208-B <br />This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated November 16, 2004, between <br />the City of Eugene (City) and CH2M HILL, Inc. (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Amendment Eight adding funding not to exceed $10,000.00 to the final <br />design of the Polk Street Outfall Quality Improvements Project #3984. <br />Unit prices to be per current pool contract#2005-00208 pricing. Comple- <br />tion date to remain at December 31, 2008.
