2. Ascertain the type of service to be rendered and keep abreast <br /> of developments in the aviation industry so as to be able to inform the <br /> City Council on ail pertinent matters concerning airports, and aviation <br /> generally. <br /> 3. Study and recommend on matters relating to airport improvements, <br /> including methods of financing and lease arrangements. <br /> 4. Review and recommend on special permits and proposals, as re- <br /> quired that deviate from the Airport Layout or Master Plan. <br /> 5. At least once a year report activities to the City Council and <br /> make information available to other Commissions and Officials of the <br /> City as required. Co-ordinate planned activities with other agencies <br /> not under the jurisdiction of the City of Eugene. <br /> 6. Advise the Airport Manager on priorities for inclusion in the <br /> Airport Public Improvement Budget and make recommendations to the Budget <br /> Committee and the City Council as required. <br /> 7. The Commission shall recommend such Rules and Regulations as <br /> it shall deem necessary for the operation of the Airport. <br /> 8. All reports and recommendations shall be made to the City <br /> Council, but shall first be submitted to the City Manager. <br /> 9. Perform other related activities as requested by the City <br /> Council or by the City Manager. , <br /> <br /> rnn~rx;., 10.
