form maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations <br /> and to meet the needs of the various types of aircraft normally <br /> frequenting the Airport. <br /> 7.2.4.2 Sufficient equipment to properly remove from the <br /> landing area any disabled aircraft weighing 12,500 pounds or less <br /> within a reasonable period of time. <br /> 7.2.5 Required Service. The operator shall have a stock of air- <br /> craft parts and accessories, adequate in supply and variety to satisfy <br /> the demand. <br /> 1.2.6 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of the <br /> facility shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, exclud- <br /> ing holidays. <br /> 7.3 Aircraft Radio and Instrument Sales, Service, and Repair. The <br /> operator must provide a radio and instrument repair service at the Airport <br /> and must hold all applicable certificates and ratings required under FAR Part <br /> 145 and FAR Part 65. <br /> 7.3.1 Required Lot Size. The operator shall have available to it <br /> at all times, by ownership, lease, or contract, sufficient hangar space <br /> to accommodate customer requirements. <br /> 7.3.2 Required Building Size. The operator shall have a minimum <br /> of 300 square feet of properly lighted and heated building space on Air- <br /> port property for office, shop, and other needs. <br /> 7.3.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have one person <br /> qualified for the services to be provided in accordance with the terms <br /> of the repair station certificate. <br /> 7.3.4 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of the <br /> facility shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, exclud- <br /> ing holidays. <br /> 7.4 Aircraft Charter and Taxi. The operator must be certificated by <br /> the FAA under FAR Part 135 with appropriate ratings and licensing. <br /> 7.4.1 Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain sufficient <br /> tie-down and hangar space to accommodate the projected inventory of air- <br /> craft. <br /> 7.4.2 Required Building Size. The operator must have a minimum <br /> of 100 square feet of properly lighted and heated space on Airport prop- <br /> erty for office and public use area. The operator may satisfy the obli- <br /> gation to provide restrooms and lobby space by sharing lobby space and <br /> restrooms with another operator in the same building. In addition, if <br /> the operator provides air cargo service, a minimum of 200 additional <br /> square feet of storage space is required. <br /> 1.4.3 Required Personnel.
