Airport Manager; and <br /> 7.1.5.2 Two fue]-dispensing trucks, a jet fuel truck hav- <br /> ing a minimum capacity of 2,000 gallons and an aviation gasoline <br /> truck having a minimum capacity of 1,500 gallons. Each truck will <br /> be equipped with adequate and appropriate filtering devices and <br /> meters. Fuel shall be available in such types and quantities to <br /> meet all reasonable demands of the aircraft normally frequenting <br /> the Airport. Both jet fuel and aviation gasoline shall be offered. <br /> 7.1.6 Required Service. The service shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, fueling, parking, washing, tieing down aircraft, inflating <br /> aircraft tires and changing aircraft oil. The operator shall provide <br /> vehicles for the transportation of aircraft occupants from the parking <br /> ramp to the lounge. <br /> 7.1.7 Hours of Operation. As a minimum, the facility shall be <br /> open for business during the same periods that the FAA Control Tower at <br /> Eugene is in operation, but no less than fourteen hours per day seven <br /> days per week. <br /> 7.2 Aircraft Engine and Accessory Maintenance and Repair. The operator <br /> must offer air frame power plant and accessory repair for small aircraft <br /> (12,500 pounds and under) and must meet all requirements as specified under <br /> FAR Parts 43 and 65. <br /> <br /> `~,r 7.2.1 Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain: <br /> 7.2.1.1 Sufficient square footage of paved parking area <br /> for ten standard-sized automobiles, and <br /> 7.2.1.2 Paved parking and tie-down area of adequate size <br /> and strength to accommodate five general aviation type aircraft in <br /> the 12,500 pound category as specified in FAA AC 150/5320-6C and <br /> AC 150/5300-46, or as amended. <br /> 7.2.2 Required Building Size. The operator shall have: <br /> 7.2.2.1 A minimum of 500 square feet of properly lighted <br /> and heated building space on Airport property for office, restrooms, <br /> and public use area. <br /> 7.2.2.2 A 4,000 square foot clear-span hangar of adequate <br /> dimensions to accommodate maintenance and repair services for air- <br /> craft normally frequenting the Airport. <br /> 7.2.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have one qualified <br /> full-time I-A Mechanic and as many other properly trained personnel as <br /> may be required to perform the various maintenance repairs in an effi- <br /> cient manner. <br /> 7.2.4 Required Equipment.
