'~E N <br /> NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES FOR <br /> RES ENTIAL PERMIT PARII~NNG ZONE REGULATIONS SERVICES <br /> Zb: The ayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTI EIS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of <br /> the Eugene, ode, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to establish the <br /> following fee to recover the cost of processing applications for designation of residential <br /> permit parki g zones or removal thereof, and issuance of permits: <br /> Proposed Fee <br /> Fee f r processing applications for <br /> resi ential permit parking zone designation $ -0-* <br /> Fee f r processing applications for removal of <br /> resi ential permit parking zone designation $2000 ea/patael <br /> Perm' fee for residential permit parking zone $ LS.00 per year <br /> Trans er or replacement of permit $ 1.00 <br /> Tem rary permits (guest or absentee owner) $ -0-* <br /> *Alth ugh no fees are being established at this time, they may be after further <br /> progr m review. <br /> Estab ishment of the above proposed fees is necessary in order to comply with <br /> directives of he City Council that the cost of providing City services be recovered from the <br /> user or ben ficiaries of such services; the proposed fees are comparable to the fees <br /> charged in o her jurisdictions; reflect the personnel costs incurred by the City in performing <br /> the services; and it is in the public interest and essential for the FY92 City Budget that <br /> these propo ed fees be established and implemented as soon as possible. <br /> Perso s desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City <br /> Manager, 7 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 15 days from the date of posting <br /> as indicated below.
