Pursuant to the authority of Section 5.040 of the Eugene Code, 1971, which <br /> <br /> authorizes the City Manager to establish parking zones or restrict parking upon the streets <br /> <br /> of the City, and Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971, on August 15, 1991 I adopted <br /> <br /> Emergencyt Rule R-5.040 -Establishing Residential Permit Parking Zone Regulations. <br /> B. Emergency Rule R-5.040 will expire on February 14, 1992, and should be <br /> <br /> extended for an additional 30-day period, during which time the rule will be processed for <br /> <br /> adoption as a permanent rule. <br /> C.
